Established in 2022, Allied Fire grew rapidly, not through advertising or sales tactics, but through reputation. Customers trusted the work. They trusted the people. And they told others. That word-of-mouth growth continues to define who we are today.

A Founder’s Story Rooted in the Field
Allied Fire was founded by Tony Thomas, whose career in fire protection began in 1995, right out of high school. Starting as an apprentice, Tony worked his way through every level of the industry, gaining hands-on experience in installation, service, inspections, and leadership.
Over the years, he saw firsthand how the industry changed, often drifting away from its core purpose: protecting people through dependable service. After decades in the field and in leadership roles at larger, more corporate organizations, Tony set out to build something different.
Allied Fire Protection was created to bring fire protection back to its roots, where accountability matters, relationships are valued, and the people doing the work stand behind it. Today, more than 95% of Allied Fire’s service and inspection customers are long-standing relationships that followed the team because of trust, not contracts.
